If I am the professional that you need, let's get started! I will send you a proposal and a quote. We can discuss both and add or remove things until we find the solution that better suits your budget and specific business needs.
When the proposal and quote have been approved by you, a Design Agreement contract an a deposit invoice will be sent over to you to get your project started. For more information about this deposit read our FAQs.
Send me an email and tell me your story. I want to hear about your business, your brand, your vision and your goals. I want to know what challenges you are currently facing and where you need some help. This first email will help me get a better idea about the scope of your project.
I will review your email and come back to you as quickly as possible by sending you a questionnaire with more specific questions to put together a briefing. A no obligation one-on-one consultation, in person or via Skype, might be also scheduled to discuss your project further.

The research
Studying your market
I start by studying your brief and researching your market and competitors. This way, I can make informed recommendations and guide you confidently through the journey ofbuilding your brand or website.

The inspiration
Sketching and conceptualising
We will work together on collecting ideas and images that inspire you, colours, textures and any other design element that has an emotional effect on you. We will create mood boards and find together the creative direction that your project needs.

The visualisation
Designing and Building
I send over an initial design concept for feedback. We can discuss the design and refining tweaks in as many rounds of revisions as needed*, before starting to build the final design.

The testing
Polishing and Refining
I share a prototype of your website in a testing server. We test your website and fine tune the design until it's perfect. During this phase we will be able to identify possible problems to fix or missing pieces that need to be added to your website before the launch.
The Launch
Analysing and improving
You website is finished and is looking great! It goes online and we celebrate it!
But this is not the end of the journey, it's just the beginning. Don't worry, once the website has been launched, I can still assist you to manage and promote your business online.
A few months after the launch we can evaluate its performance, see what its working and what is not, and make adjustments and improvements.
