Rosa is an award-winning art director and visual communications designer with over 18 years of experience in brand identity and digital design

I've worked for more than 15 years in design, positioning, strategy and communications for organizations big and small, from high-level branding and re-branding, art direction and custom collateral, to communications for print, social media, digital content, and e-commerce.

In 2013 I took the lessons I learned on design, project management, business acumen and client communication in the corporate world to open my own design studio in Perth, WA, Grafika Studio. Since then I've been helping many professionals and businesses create new market opportunities by developing an effective visual language in their brand and websites.

Where is that accent from?

I was born and raised in a small country town in the South of Spain, surrounded by vineyards and wheat fields. I came to Australia in 2010 following my Aussie sweetheart. I've been living in Perth, WA since then.

What qualifications do you have?

• Bachelors in Communications (Major: Advertising And PR)
• Post-graduate degree in Graphic And Multimedia Design
• Masters degree in Advertising Management

When did you learn to code?

I've been writing web code since 2004, when I joined the Digital Marketing team of Ernst & Young. However, the majority of the code used on a daily basis for websites has been learned through years of experience working with clients all around the world.
