Design process

The design package for your brand, website or blog begins with a Design Agreement contract and the 50% deposit of the total cost of your project.

Revisions and changes

An initial design will be sent over to you for revision. For projects under $2,000 you are entitled to up to 3 rounds of revisions. For those projects that exceed $2,000 you will be able to make up as many rounds of revisions as needed. Once a web design has been approved, further changes along the development phase will have an additional cost of $75 per page. If you are purchasing a package, check first how many rounds of revisions you are entitled with your package.

Timeframe

I do my very best to deliver your project as soon as possible, but also believe that good design takes time. I discuss the proposed design with my clients, collect feedbacks and implement changes, giving my clients as much time as they need to review the design and request changes. Timeframes are based on average times, and can change due to delayed communication, extra addons, etc. I also take a small number of projects per month to ensure that each client gets the attention that deserves. Technical support

Upon purchase you gain access to my technical support. I can assist you with any technical questions you might have along the process. My goal is to alleviate the technical side of things so you can enjoy your website. Two weeks of technical support will be available following the completion of your project, starting on the day your website or blog goes live. Any work requested after those two weeks there will be a charge by an hourly fee of $75/hr (with a half-an-hour minimum).

Payment and refund

Grafika Studio accepts payments with PayPal and direct bank account deposit only.  Payment will be request before starting your project. If your project total cost is above $1,000, a 50% deposit will be made to start your project, another 30% after the design approval and the remaining 20% up to 5 business days your project completion, that is after hanging over the marketing materials or after your website or blog launch. Once an order or deposit is placed and payment is made, it is non-refundable. GST not included.
